The heaters in the apartments barley work. Their excuse is the reasons the heaters don't work like they are supposed too is cause there is cold air built up between heat cycles and that's why it's cold at first. The toilets wobbles. The handicap showers are small, no room for shower chairs. The front doors and front closets have cold breezes come through it. There is laundry schedules, even this some have care givers and can only get them when possible. There is not much heat for seniors in the laundry room area. Good they have game nights, the bathroom does work in the laundry room. They do put up decorations for Christmas for them..

Laundry room is filthy! Only one dryer works, been at least a year ! Always heats for them they say!! Covid has our little community in a BIG mess! 32 apartments and 2 washers 2 dryers and one never works. Trash can out by laundry room NEVER gets emptied. No refunds when dryers don’t work?? They aren’t making money on laundry , I don’t know how. I love this community just saddened that it has gone downhill. I feel Covid has really affected the upkeep of our community! We as residents took our time and effort to remove all dead bushes and replanted the common areas in front

Great place to live, wonderful residents . However the landscape is not taken care of very well . When we get ice, there is barely any salt put out, so it gets extremely slick. Also the laundry mat stays filthy.
