I HAD GONE TO OACAC TO HAVE A FRIEND OF MINE TO HELP ME FILL SOMETHING OUT I AM IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING NEW HEARING AIDS I AM DUE FOR NEW HEARING AIDS THE ONES I HAVE ARE PLENTY OLD I HAVE HAD THEM FOR QUITE A WHILE SO I HOPE I WILL BE ABLE TO GET NEW HEARING AIDS FROM MIRACLE EAR I HOPE I WILL BE APPROVED TO GET NEW HEARING AIDS FROM MIRACLE EAR ALL I HAD TO DO IS FILL OUT A BOOK THAT THEY PROVIDE FOR YOU TO HELP YOU OUT THIS IS WHAT I AM POSTING OUT TO ( MIRACLE EAR) & TO A FRIEND OF MINE WHO HAD HELPED ME OUT ON THE BOOK THAT YOU HAVE TO FILL OUT TO HELP ANY ONE TO GET HEARING AID. OACAC in Ozark, MO is a wonderful place. I have had trouble with the state application for rental assistance. Nancy and Yvonne are two of the friendliest people. They want to help those who need it. They have impressed me with their compassionate hearts. OACAC is a true blessing for Christian County and for me. God bless all who work there.

You can either get on their website or when you call the OACAC LIHEP number to request an application, they tell you via voice message.
I don't know if they do that. Call the Ozark office and ask for Yvonne.
No they cant legally help you fill the them out but the dfs office can guide you
8am to 4pm
