I know autozone is know for their free battery tests and while that is already amazing, it makes it even better when the staff is extremely welcoming. I can’t remember the mans name who helped me, but it was 90+ degrees outside and i know i was uncomfortable, yet he assisted me with nothing less than a smile and a great attitude. Thats the kind of service i like.

The manager and other employee lack of knowledge and actual willingness to help or even see if any other store carried what I needed was so amazing shameless and probably the most unprofessional experience I have ever seen. Deliberately blown off by the manger while the other employee played on his phone . Your store should just shut down and do the car community in our area a huge favor .
