Not a great hotel. I’ll say the two good things I found were that the staff was friendly and the suite we stayed in was spacious. Beyond that, we stayed in a junior suite and found a cockroach on our first night. The AC wasn’t on upon arrival so the room was humid and smelled musky when we got there. In the morning we came down for breakfast and found that the buffet took up our entire $15 per person meal credit. This doesn’t include any pancakes or waffles which have to be special ordered. When we got our check, they charged us $9 for a single, 8” waffle make in a run of the mill Belgian waffle maker, nothing special. At that point I determined I was never staying there again.

This is great hotel! It is clean and employees are very nice and helpful. We started at a different doubletree for 1 night then checking in here the next night. We were having issues at the other hotel so we called, and Nathan helped us out and just stay here instead of changing hotels. Since checking in everyone has been so nice and great service.

Great customer service. Very Over priced!!!! Paid almost $400 for one night. The bar was mediocre at best and wasn’t properly equipped. The pictures of the breakfast was a complete rip off and cheap. We were better off going to a much cheaper hotel. and I will never stay here again or recommend to anyone else to stay here.

Staff was absolutely lovely! Warm, welcoming & helpful. Checkin & checkout were both seamless. Clean rooms, comfortable beds & a quaint hotel bar with great selections. Nice size outside hangout area to enjoy a drink at. Landed here because of a cancelled flight but would happily join them again on purpose!
