Extremely short staffed. Went there this morning to purchase two items. They had one person working the register at the photo booth. There was a woman holding up the line trying to get photos printed. I decided to get checked out at the pharmacy instead but I was ignored. All the pharmacists were on the phone. There should be at least one pharmacist available to help customers. Its extremely unprofessional for all of them to be on the phone. The manager should have been helping on registers since a line was forming because of the woman backing up the register trying to get photos printed. At the very least add a self checkout.

This place has been good to me for a long time they know me on a first name basis even though I don't know theirs. That personalizes my orders and keeps me coming back

We made an appointment to get a covid test. Walgreens sent an email confirming the appointment so we drove the 35 minutes to get there. When we arrived we were told the pharmacy closed for the day and we were out of luck. This was 3pm. I asked the lady at check put why no one notified us and she stated that she had no idea she did not work in that depament.

Couldn't fill my prescriptions after months of waiting on no less than three prescriptions I finally decided to change pharmacy. The pharmacist was rude and refused to facilitate the transfer.. this after filling the wrong dosages and multiple billing my insurance for the prescriptions they did fill... Find someone else or write a will..
