This in my opinion the worst bank in America. They take more money money from you than you put in. To not have any overdraft protection They sure as Heck hit you with overdraft fees. Instead of declining a transaction wells Fargo lets the transaction go through and boom a hundred overdraft fees. Smh I am definitely changing banks and I would never recommend this bank!!!!

I have had great service from all of the Ocala Wells Fargo locations. This location is one of my favorites. The only thing I wish was better is that the drive up ATM lane be a little wider.

Totally worthless personnel....Branch Manager Deidre and the bald guy Daniel are a disgrace to the good Wells Fargo name. Don't waste your time here.

This is the worst Wells Fargo branch to bank with. Wells Fargo as a bank isn't too bad. We've visited many other branches and while they couldn't solve our problem, they were cordial, kind, and as helpful as they could be. THEY had customer service. However, after multiple visits to this branch, Deadra, the bank manager, was extremely unhelpful and rude. After months of attempting to resolve a problem caused by a bank error, we were told the problem was our fault and that we would still be charged for the issue. We were treated like garbage. Stay as far away from Deadra and this bank branch as possible.

Questions & Answers

I was recently at this branch 2001 SW 17th St. and was amazed at the fact there is only one ATM. I am from Maryland, visiting the area and ended up going into the bank for cash. Most banks have several drive thrus w/ATM's as well as walk up, why 1?
