The worst Wells Fargo Branch in town!! On Wed/8/30/2017 in the drive through around 4:30pm, they would not let me deposit checks into my mother's checking account who was not in the country (Canada) and needed money. Told me she needed to endorse the checks. I told them that makes no sense since I'm not asking for cash back and the deposit slip is for her account and besides, how can she endorse the checks if she is out of the country? Sorry sir I can't deposit the checks into her account without her signature. Then I got mad and told her.... give me the checks back and I'll go to the branch in Belleview and they will kindly take the money. I could not believe this person... what bank says 'NO" to money and is unwilling to put money into a customer's account? I have been depositing money into my mothers account for years and have never been told "NO WE CAN'T DO THAT" I will be calling the branch manager to complain and will probably get nowhere. Bastards!

Customer service is very bad! The manager refused to give her name on the phone or help with issues relating to a deposit. I would not recommend using this branch or opening a business account with Wells Fargo! If you make a mobile deposit or atm deposit your local branch will not assist you with issues related to a hold. She would not call to research or expedite the release of funds and was so rude she would not let me speak. Sad day for the client! Save yourself the grief and open your account at another bank!
