Two stars for productivity in the moment where active action is needed. This is a fair assessment based on the fact that I waited over 30 minutes in a lobby just for a simple replacement card. I understand they only had one person there that had the ability to do this, However 5 employees present and only one able to perform the task is an extreme waste of company time and assets. Very disappointed That nobody else could perform the task present I called the banks customer service prior to my visit They directed me to the branch. I called and got the card replaced by phone faster calling back than the branch assisting me, while sitting in the lobby even after holding 10 ➕

I’m not usually one to write reviews....Nothing against this branch in particular but you need to know. Ever since switching over from my previous bank it has been nothing but problems. I would recommend staying with your current bank or looking into another bank that has better customer service and stronger communication skills. My experience with PNC is just poor, and I regret the decision that I made choosing them to hold my funds.

This bank has terrible customer service. I went to use my account after a brief period of inactivity only to find the account was closed without any type of notification. My direct deposits were returned with no notice. When I stopped into the branch to discuss the situation, they were less than apologetic. They asked if I wanted to wait to speak to someone, which was estimated at 20-30 minute wait. The account was always in good standing. I will be filing a complaint.

I wish The Leesburg Branch was closer. This branch treats me like a criminal. I try to go inside they make me stand there while everyone in the bank stares at me. It’s really embarrassing. They have even asked me to remove my hat and glasses. On the same visit I watched them let a guy in a hat and glasses go right through. Today was the last straw! I pulled up to the drive through and I wanted well another customer pulled up after and was helped first. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!! This bank needs to visit the Leesburg branch and see how to run a bank. This manager should be fired.

You can call to make an appointment or just go in during business hours and wait a few minutes to be seen. Bank is open and super helpful.
