I discovered this Dunkin as both my mom and her husband are in 2 hosp and this Dunkin is the midway point. The staff are super friendly, although they are crazy busy, I have been greeted with smiles and good days and just great vibes… I’ve been going in almost everyday for about 2 weeks and consistently awesome!! Kelly and Lori are always smiling and make you feel good. No matter how tough a day you had or are about to have. Love this Dunkin!!

Usually don’t have a lot of issues with this location, but I went through this morning and got a white chocolate latte, and when I got the drink it was just about half empty. I called back to see if I could come back for a remake or something of the sorts, wasn’t rude by any means, and the woman who picked up was pretty rude and told me it was just because of the whipped cream she put on the drink. Then the phone call disconnected and when I tried to call back, no one would answer. I understand whipped cream melts in hot coffee, but come on. I can get over the coffee thing, but there was absolutely no need to be rude.
