The store was moderately busy, went inside to order and it only took ten minutes for 4 drinks and 2 snacks. Very good staff and atmosphere.

I am VERY disappointed in this location. The group of girls took about 15 minutes just to make one drink when they weren't busy. When I finally got my drink, it ended up being the wrong drink. When I went up to the counter, they were giving me attitude because I wanted them to remake my drink. When I came back a second time, they were ALL over my boyfriend. The disrespect that they gave me is disgusting.

I have only been to this Starbucks three times and each time that I have gone I have waited more than 30 minutes in the drive-through lane. Each time I try to give them a chance and each time I’m extremely disappointed. After waiting 30 minutes today, I got to the window only to discover that they had almost no food at 1 pm. I don’t know what the problem is at this location but management should try to figure it out. I will no longer go to the Starbucks and instead I will go to the other Starbucks in Ocala.

made an absolutely amazing mocha cookie crumble 10/10, the wait was a little long but for a food industry the waiting time was respectable and absolutely forgivable, my companion got some cool latte art done, there were words of gratitude and Halloween art on Starbucks cups, and they had cool art on the walls :>
