I talked with Customer Service yesterday and now my package has been in my destination city for 3 days and is not going to be delivered until tomorrow... The UPS Should stand for "United Parcel Snail".. Talked to someone in person on the phone... they were sharp and Rude... They were not helpful.... I will never use UPS to ship another package to or from me. They will never make another penny off of me either in sending or receiving. They need a Name change... It is obvious that their company color is brown! It really fits and stinks.

They have a lot of warehouses in the area plus a lot they use and a slow moving staff

They don't provide customer service by phone. You need to call the general 800 number on their website. If you want to talk to the earth city staff you have to stop by the office.
You should be able to use the UPS Store.
