Beautiful place, but it just ain’t the same. If you came here with the old owners you’d know exactly what I’m talking about. Also anything bigger than 20’ is gonna cost ya 20 dollars for water. Ridiculous. We would have gladly tipped like the old way was, but mandatory is just… wow.

All the essentials for your fishing needs. We were there early in the season. Every staff person was very helpful, friendly, and professional. They have OHVs and cabins to rent, also.

This is a fun place up high 9,000+ in the mountains. And if you have had no phone service for awhile, all the sudden you should have service here. You can even purchase WiFi service here if you like. So this is a cute little store and gas station to pick up a few things you might be out of where you are staying. You should expect to pay much higher prices than you would in town. But if you need something and are willing to pay extra they might have it. It also has gifts and next door a fly fish accessories store. There are also cabins to rent and a small restaurant at this location. It is very busy with ATV riders stopping.

We had a great time staying at the cabins here! We stayed in cabin 34 with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and porch, and large living room. The laundry and dishwasher were a nice and thankful surprise too! The view was unbeatable, we had chipmunks and hummingbirds hanging around outside the whole time! Everything was clean and cozy! There is no A/C so it is a little warm during the warmer days and in the upstairs bedrooms at night, but they had a fan in the closet for that! Just crack the windows for a bit in the evening and it cools right off! We loved it and can't wait to go back!

There's no charge to go there. It is a nice drive getting there and back not a lot to do there unless you want to rent a ohv or take a hike.
Come by and see.....
It is only open during Summer. Around memorial and labor day is when it opens and closes. It depends on if pipes are frozen and if there is enough help.
91 octane. You can run lower octane fuel at higher altitudes
There is pillows, beds, sheets, blankets, pots/pans, kitchen towel, wash cloth, towels and wash cloths hand towel in bathroom. The towel number depends on how many beds there are. There is plates, silverware, dish soap, small body soap bar. Heater, curtains cups, coffee mugs. If you want coffee or something hot to drink I would take an electric one as the ones they have are old fashioned and are used on the stove. If you need any thing else or more towels, just take your dirty towels down to the store or look for the cleaning van
Yes they do. I would call first Incase they are reserved. Fishing is always good it's the catching that's the trick. My mistake. I dont think the trading post rents boats, I was thinking about the marina. I think they rent boats until late september depending on weather
Leave a message. They have always called us back within a day or two.
