Great tasting water! Have been receiving Eldorado Spring Water for 12 years now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Have never had any issues. Customer service is great. The delivery guys are great. All around really great company.

As a new customer I have already had issues with this company they seem unresponsive. I live in a secured building, when a delivery attempt was made they called to let me know they couldn't access the building and then immediately left. I was in another room and missed the call by 4 minutes when I returned their call I was ignored. I knew living in a secured building would be a challenge which is why I scheduled the delivery on a day I would be home. I waited all day for them only to have them leave and then ignore my calls.

[Edit] Since cancelling my services, I have been charged fraudulently a total of three times. This month it caused me to be short on rent. Jeremy, your customer service manager never reached out to me, and no one is responding to my emails pleading for you to stop charging me for services I don't receive or want.] The water is great, but after I canceled my service and returned the dispenser, stand, and all empty bottles they kept charging me. I have filed a claim with my bank to get my money back. Money is already really tight for so many people, this kind of thing is not ok.

They didn't deliver a 24 case of water, left a note that daid they were out and still charged me for it. Then they charged me randomly more. I got 3, 3 gallon jugs' and was charged $56!? I demand this place be investigated!

Most of the cost difference is due to the method of delivery, delivering direct to each store versus warehouse delivery.
Hi William, The cost of a 3 gallon glass bottle delivered is $9.75. There is also a delivery charge of $2.99 and we have a 2 bottle min. per delivery. The cost per case is $6.45 plus tax and there is a $3.50 delivery charge. All I know is I've tasted a lot of water and this is my favorite. I have some store clerk in Philly(they're on a visit last summer)who's going to order it because she wants to check it out.... It makes me drink more water, because it tastes so good
