Probably the worst doctor experience of my life. The doctor only saw you via Zoom calls. I spent $275 doing a sleep study done and was recommended a CPAP device. The administrative office is a complete mess, staff person, is incompetent, can’t do simple tasks like have the doctor sign a prescription so medical equipment can be shipped. There is no accountability by anyone there, not sure how they can successfully treat patients. After trying since June to get the equipment I have given up, I will start the whole process all over again with a new doctor.

Dr Giaimo is the worst Polmonary doctor in whole palm beach area... never see he's patients only by phone call wich is so ridiculous!!! I can't even begin to tell you how unacceptable and ignorant that is!!!! don't waste your time to go see him because all he's staff it's gonna tell you that he will call you ! Really doctor ? So if I have serious lung problems you are goin to cure me through the phone ???? Yea sure f... This thanks alot for nothing and you should be ashamed of yourself !!! And not call your self a doctor !

I feel Dr. Giamo is a competent doctor and disperses good information when you initially meet with him but his office is set up for failure. From my perspective, there is a puppy mill mentality within the company with no ownership within the office of your situation or needs. Overall, I couldn’t have been more disappointed as I explained my concerns/issue but was met with indifference.

Probably the most unprofessional office I've ever dealt with. They never answer the phone, and when they call you back they're extremely unprofessional. They don't communicate with your primary and expect you to do everything for them. Also, I'm unsure why a pulmonary doctor wants to do everything virtual... I would never recommend someone to this office, and I never even got a chance to step foot in the office.
