Absolutely sloppy. I ask for a soft two strand twist and the lady did a horrible job. She burnt too much of the synthetic hair. She spent over five hours and the end result was sloppy. A complete waste of my time and money. I showed her a picture and she completely ignored it. I personally would never recommend
