RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE SLUM LORDS Black mold for over 2 months without being fixed Shower broken for over 2 months Dishwasher been broken for over 4 months Over stove hood broke over a year again Skirting has been missing over a year Your calls will be ignored you literally have to threaten to sue them for them to do anything They make appointments and never show up They will make false promises and never follow through The plumbing is terrible Roads terrible Floods when it rains Uneven grounds Terrible management Terrible company all around I would suggest anywhere else besides this place You will be dissatisfied if you rent or buy from this company

I have dealt with a few individuals from this trailer park community and all of my encounters been horrible, all of the individuals I've met have been filthy people. These photos are from somebody within the community whom hired me to assemble a bed however I was unable to breathe because of the black mold and extremely strong smell of urine. I never had to leave a job uncompleted before but I was extremely uncomfortable and concerned for my health. If you are subcontracted to work on a trailer in this community or hired to assemble furniture RUN AWAY.... DON'T EVEN CONSIDER.... all money ain't good money.... DON'T EVEN CONSIDER IT... RUN!!!! NASTY LOW LIFE DISGUSTING PEOPLE LIVE HERE!
