Best priced room in the city! I was very impressed by the room. It was clean and updated. It was as good as anyother hotel in town for half the price!

We were led to believe that this was still a holiday inn....not the case. While very nice staff work there this hotel needs a huge amount of renovations. The pool is shut down but I took a peek...it's gross and ruined. Our toilet was broken the whole time and we had to use our other family's room. No crib for my child. All I can say is it has potential.

Checked in on our way up from Florida to Le Mars, got here about 2 am. Got our luggage, and 4 yearold out, came up to the room to find it dirty.. still. The attendant explained finding help is hard to come by. It’s understandable. The next room we were put in was decently clean. Not the best. Not a bad place to stay, but it’s definitely an older hotel.

Wow, prepaid for room, talked to the hotel people making sure our late check in was going to be ok, assured that it was not going to be a problem. Get to hotel around 9pm, SORRY, NO ROOMS, "YOU ARE THE 21ST RESERVATION I'VE HAD TO SEND AWAY ALREADY" Need I say more? I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
