This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. This place is INFESTED WITH ROACHES. There’s a maintenance guy that tells you he’ll spray the room and than never shows up. After 3 days of asking and staying here for over a month no one ever came to spray my room. I’ve witnessed another woman complain to front desk about a black discolored dirty tub and supervisor front desk older lady did nothing about it. Front desk customer service is nice and they try but building has a huge bug problem and there’s little to no management to express your concerns or fix problems. Housekeeping barely cleans room, they do the bare minimum. They say parking is free but once you check-in they have signs everywhere saying YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING DAILY FOR WEEKDAYS. Building is just not well kept, nasty and run down. I slept with the lights on every night in fear of roaches crawling on me in the dark. So unfair being a healthcare worker how I couldn’t be at peace in this hotel because of the poor conditions. Definitely will not recommend my company send their travel workers here. Skybridge connected to building is open to the public so homeless and sketchy people are on there, be careful. Breakfast is poor, grab and go yogurt in a bag.

The only good thing I can say is that the room seemed to have been cleaned the best that it could be, considering the condition, and the guy who checked us in was pleasant. Other than that, the rooms were run down and cockroach infested. I couldn't sleep for fear of what might be crawling on me or getting into my luggage. I'll sleep in the car before I stay here again.

Checked in to this place. Nice place with super friendly staff. Had a couple issues with the room. Not a problem. Front desk handled it like a champ and we enjoyed the rest of our stay here. Will definitely be staying here again. Walking distance to everything from morning diners to the nightlife. Just an excellent place.

Room was outdated. A carpet cleaner would do wonders! Upon check out, I overheard the front desk tell someone the room rate and it was $30 cheaper than mine and I checked in at 5 :00am with a check out at 11:00am. Stayed on 8th floor and the outside windows were so dirty! Other than that, all was good. 🤬 I DO NOT RECOMMEND
