My buddy lives there!

Lived here for over 8 years. It wasn't bad in the beginning, but it gradually just got worse. Especially with tenants. Management wasn't bad at all either. People aren't parking where they were supposed to park. Whether It be in handicapped, or places that aren't even parking spots. The building I lived in shared a parking lot with another building, which was fine, but I recently walked around the parking lot and there's cars from 3 buildings parking in the same lot because tenants in the 3rd building won't park infront of their own building. The office will send out flyers about parking every once in awhile if they get enough complaints. Which I guess are considered warnings, but nothing is done about it because I'll come home at night and it's the same issue every time. If you call and ask if any apartments are available, don't bother moving into building 234 if that's whats available. because if you work evenings, you'll NEVER have a place to park when you come home because of 3 different buildings parking in one lot. My laundry was consistently messed with and stolen. Jerseys, Shorts, Shirts. You name it, it was stolen. So I stopped doing laundry here about 3 years ago and just did it at my parent's house because they lived close. Don't bother having packages delivered to your door if you have Amazon Prime unless you're home because they will be as good as gone. Have them delivered to the office (if they still do it) I just had all my packages delivered to my parent's house. I also stopped using my shower here and just started showering at my parents house because every time I turned the water on dirt, and mold would come out of the faucet. Mold is a VERY big problem with these apartments. Like I said, it was great in the beginning but age is catching up with these buildings and tenants are just getting worse by the year. So it's time to go. My lease is up at the end of March and didn't renew.

Ever since Kristi has been working in the office, I have been very pleased with her service. Whenever I have had to call up the office or go up there, she has been very attentive and gets things done for me in a timely manner. I am so glad to have her as someone I can go to if something is wrong with my apartment. Best person to have working the office by far since I have lived in these apartments. Thanks Kristi for the pleasant experience you bring to the Pinehill Community.

On September 1st I went in, viewed the apartments, liked what I saw. I asked when they would be available and was told around mid November to mid December for a move in date. That is the only reason I chose these apartments over others, because they would be available. I took this as, yes we will have an apartment ready for you to move into around that time. This was told to me by the property manager Rhonda. She gave no indication when I was there that it was possible for the apartments to not be available when I was told they would be. I paid the $30 application fee, and got approved. I extended my lease on my current apartment to January 1st to allow for extra time just in case the move in time did go into December. It is currently November 9th. I called to check up when the apartment will be available since I had no exact date. The lady on the phone said that I was still 8th in line and that it would be multiple more months before they would maybe have an apartment available. This was a complete shock to me. I am now running out of time to try and find somewhere to live before my lease is up which is near impossible right now. It's a very good possibility that I am not going to be able to find a place I can afford to live in the short period of time I have to look. Had I known that the time frame I was given wasn't set in stone I would of found other options. I am absolutely livid and can't recommend not trying to live here enough. Find somewhere else that will be more clear and wont lie to you.

Yes it is and they also have nice and clean pool that you and your daughter can enjoy together.

What is included in the rent

You get all the luxuries of a parking lot, garbage dumpsters, a pool with a water included, and a picnic area that is off the beaten trail and away from any poop pouches the local dog owners may frequent. Everything... except electricity.

Pretty safe and clean. Very nice place

Hello, After looking at some of the photos, it looks like you have "some" apartments with "patios". That is what I prefer, the first floor with a "patio". Thank you so much. Have a great day!
