This place robs you. Apartments are not that great for rent to be going up as much as it does a year. Leasing office building people show no compassion. I adore the maintenance guys, but that’s about it. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

My boyfriend lives here with his family and they haven't had hot water for over a month. Just imagine if it was the winter already. Very unprofessional landlord.

Apartment has illegal provisions in their contract (The Michigan Truth in Renting Act MCL 554.631 to 554.641 with numerous violation) when I pointed these out they pretty much are making me sue them over these problems; think the State of Michigan should investigate these violations. They for example are not using the deposit for legal purposes by Michigan law (MCL 554.602) and propose seizing the money for items not allowed; Michigan law is very clear that the deposit can be used to recover rent and physical damages; it may not be used for other charges. Seems to have provisions in the contract that further violate Fox v. Roethlisberger, 85 N.W.2d 73 (Mich. 1957) and would encourage class action lawsuit by tenants for over charging for items. Would not answer questions and went silent when I pointed these problems out; sent me to to their attorney which was very odd; I believe they just figured out the class action lawsuit thing. Like others have said there are bugs in the apartment under the carpet; the carpet crunches when you walk which are the large infestation of pill bugs... really super yuk! Having sever allergy problems as well as the unit is a ground floor unit and think it has mold from flooding see water damage in photo. The sinks leak which again is sad. Think they overcharged former residents for "move out" charges which I would encourage former residents to consider a class action lawsuit. Pretty sure that MCL 554.602 does not allow these charges. Told to pay rent on the 12th. Told that was fine. Was given an eviction notice for doing what I was told. I appreciate the written contract thing as the guild but this was BS.
