My experience with applying here was so poor that I can only imagine how poor the experience must be for people who live here. They don't answer the phone. They use a calling service and clearly they only call back prospective tenants. Once you apply, or from what I can see in these reviews, actually move in...good luck. I had a question about my application and had to drive 25 minutes there bc they don't answer or return calls. When I got there I was told the agent had to leave and someone would call me back first thing in the morning. Did I receive a call the next morning? No. I called multiple times and left messages with their answering service that next day and still no call back...finally at 5:30pm, I again drove 25 minutes there. When I mentioned my frustration to one of the women who worked there and requested to just cancel my application and return the holding fee, she said with attitude "well there is only one person here who can answer phones" and apparently this person also gives the tours. Not even an apology offered. Perhaps, they should leave the gate open and take the person (who sits there waving me and everyone else in) and place them in the understaffed office! Based on my experience, I 100% believe the reviews that maintenance issues also go unresolved here. I was attempting to save a little money on rent by moving here and living closer to the hospital where I work, but Ill go ahead and stay at my current overpriced apt, where at least the phone is answered or calls returned, maintenance is always there within 24 hours and no one gets through the gate without a phone call to me. Do better Aldingbrooke!

5 calls to the office and our concerm hasn't been addressed. We observed closer and found out that calls get answered by centralized call system in Dallas and they route the requests forward. This is very inefficient. Highly unimpressive. And apartment management, don't come with canned responses like "we strive to better everyday. How can we address your concern" bla bla. If you want my issue addressed, leave a number that an actual human being *at the property* will answer Update number 1 after apartments response: For God sake, please stop with these generic responses. Give a number so I can talk to a human at the property. I don't want to talk to someone sitting on planet Mars managing your property and unaware of what's going on on the ground.

**DO NOT try to move in if you have medium/big furniture** (Grand Ranch Second Floor - 2000 square feet) We just recently moved into this apartment complex and have already had such a bad experience. We are currently renting the Grand Ranch second floor, which is 2000 square feet apartment. We had such a terrible move-in experience as when you entered in the door, the stairs were extremely steep and narrow, and there was a 90 degree turn almost immediately when walking in. (As seen in the picture down below). This made it almost impossible to move in any of our medium/big furniture (even a queen size matress or any of our vanity dressers). Our moving company had told us that they had to charge us extra due to the staircase itself. Our small piano couldn't even fit in due to the narrow staircase that it now sits at the foot of the walkway as the moving company told us it could not be done. This extreme 90 degree angle is also present in the hallway to the master bedroom, so none of the big items could be carried there and our bigger belongings now have to stay in the living room. We definitely would not have even thought about renting a second story room if they had shown us any pictures of the apartment space itself. We absolutely assumed that since it was one of their bigger floor plans, that most of our belongings would fit. Since it didn't, most of the big furniture had to be thrown out by our moving company as the office had told us there wasn't even a dumpster nearby they could provide us. They had shown us a layout, but that is all they provided. Their model house that was shown to us wasn't even a second floor Grand Ranch, so we assumed it would be similar, but still an okay place to live. They gave us the key the night before, so we planned to move-in the next morning. After bringing this up our issues to the leasing office and talking to the manager, they had told us that there was nothing they could do about the situation and that it was our fault for not pushing our move-in date to later. They had mentioned that they wouldn't even take our case to the higher ups. They also suggested us to "get creative" for moving in and that it wasn't their fault. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with this experience even after talking with the manager.
