Living here going on a year. I have never heard my neighbors at all. I love the location. My unit is big compared to others I've looked at this price point. Kelsey, the leasing manager runs a good property considering how big it is and also how short staffed they are (as well as everywhere including my work). Kelsey does know what is happening at the property which is great. Also, Chelsea the leasing agent deserves kudos for always answering the phones in an upbeat and professional demeanor. Both Kelsey and Chelsea do want to ultimately help the tenants.

I’ve never heard my neighbors and parking has been good. The office manager and the Assistant office manager are personable and professional in handling all my maintenance issues or questions. Like most places they are short staffed but address my concerns seriously. There has only been the one maintenance guy for most of my time here and he has done a great job too. My only issue that is quite a nuisance is ants coming up in between the linoleum in the kitchen. However, the office manager and assistant office manager have sent a professional exterminator twice and they will be coming back again next week. I keep my place very clean but they are slab ants that are common when it warms up. I have 2 little Shitzu dogs and there is a lot of grounds to walk them. I wish there were sidewalks, but that’s ok. So far I’ve been here through one winter and they plow pretty early. So if you’re looking for a quiet place to live in a great location I’d call the Leasing manager or assistant office manager and I guarantee they would answer any questions you might have. They field a lot of calls and are doing a good job in my opinion! Rose

They are open Monday through Friday not sure of the times but I'm sure it's normal business hours
3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a half bathroom
3 bed 1.5 bath starts $1105. If you have pets, there is a nonrefundable $200 pet fee and then you pay an additional $20 per month per pet. Limit 2 pets. If you want a covered parking space it is $25/month.
