This place has mixed feelings from me. Not impressed with the owners and their total lack of anything to do with the way this place is ran on a day to day basis. Lots of favoritism here. Do NOT come here if you have health issues. There is no compassion or sympathy for it. I was grateful for this place simply because it beat the streets and I didn't have to share a room with anyone except me and my daughter. But it's taken nearly 6 months to get me into housing. Which is ridiculous as it's supposed to be there for people like me. Entire place needs remodeled. A d that means some of the less than kind employees.

I myself am physically handicapped. I use a walker and there is another resident that does as well. Just call and talk to them here.

You gotta keep calling them and go thru the screening process. It takes a little time but it's worth it.

I been calling everyday now for months but all they say is no availability, try again tomorrow but I do & nothing changes:( Know ppl who have gotten in just since I been trying but I have 3 kids & still can't get in!!?? What do I do!? :( NEED HELP!!

I stay there and it may seem sweet but its not best bet is voa or Lansing shelter you'll be there for a while no meeting with a case manager until you get wrote up or something bad happens i been there for almost a month and still no results on housing,,,some of the staff have attitudes coming to work and are disrespectful even if your not causing trouble they try to look for all kinds of reasons to put you and your kids out they dont care as long as they get to go home and be comfortable,,,I'm tryin to hurry up and get into my own place ASAP my stay there has been TERRIBLE...
