Had a unit on the second floor for about 2 months at the Central Ave fort Myers location. Hallways could use more attention. Went to the unit a couple times a week for several weeks & same small trash items were there every time. Just went to move out & it was very hot. Supposed to be climate controlled. Carts are older & clanky, also things fall off going over bumps in doorway & just outside door as well where cement entry ends & drops off to another bump. I would not return to life storage in future needs. EDIT: Just went to close out unit. Gets 3 stars for convenience of location but would give a 2 after the employees non welcoming demeanor. . Claimed to be a manager but was not very friendly.
