This has been a great place to live,my family and I have lived here for a little over a year and have never had a issue with management or any of our neighbors. The maintenance guy, Ben has taken care of any issues we have had here in a timely manner.

Since new management they don't care about the rules. People park on the grass, or side of the road all the time making it hard to impossible for 2 vehiclesto go by. Our neighbor has trash piling up in there shed and they had someone come out and just close the door last year! Now this year the door is open again still the same trash in it and it is being added too! The office has been called about it and nothing is done. Even tried calling the number they leave on these reviews and no one answers. Need the old management back as this wouldn't be allowed!

Good place to live. Water quality is poor. Originally didn't have to pay for trash now we do. Constantly bullied my management to mow my lawn pretty much every 4 days. Rent is high, changes every year. Maintenance can't fix anything right the first time. Just annoying.

I just called the office no answer. Naturally... This is not acceptable, no notice
I dont know but my water pressure is back
They didn't pay the bill and rather than admit it they just won't answer the phone. Like Grandhaven Manor. They'll call you back a week go's by and still no call. So you call again when you were told she would be working. Bad Manager, she wouldn't even answer the phone. Bad business. Believe me, I will be posting this all over everywhere. Freedom of speech baby.
