Don’t ever live there my bathroom was infested with ants and I went to the leasing office about a millions times! Nobody never did anything so I moved out literally bugs and ants everywhere do not move there my car keys getting destroyed on there property and they didn’t do anything about it worse first apartment ever

Lived here for a month. since day one we've complained about the main closet reeking of cat urine. we've brought it up multiple times a week and tried cleaning it ourselves. Each time the staff says they are "reaching out" but we we never get a response. computers are next to the closet and we have to constantly use Febreze to tolerate the smell. don't recommend moving in if you ever expect to need help from the staff. Also agree with what others are saying. way too many hidden fees that significantly add up.

Nopes, there is no security patrolling. It's just a fee to park your car.

No - you just pay a monthly fee for one that's been "Under construction" (in addition to other ammentities that were unavailable to residents but still are charged for).

Yes. There are different sizes of 1-bedroom apartments available and they are located in Farmington Hills at Halsted and Grand River. The leasing office/clubhouse is at 24360 Independence Dr. Farmington Hills. (PS. We lived here 11+ yrs. and LOVED it under Hayman but as of 2-3 yrs. ago when JRK took over, it is no longer somewhere I can recommend for anyone for long list of reasons. :( )
We can not use charcoal grills outside of our apartments. We can use a gas grill outside of our apartment as long as it is pulled at least 10 feet away from the building during use. There are a couple of BRAND NEW LARGE charcoal grills near the outdoor pool area, along with a few BRAND NEW tables and chairs (that were updated this summer 2022) that we can use anytime we want to. They do not need to be reserved and do not cost extra to use. You just need to use your own charcoal/supplies, of course, and if someone else is using it, you may have to wait your turn. There is also a covered trash can nearby the picnic tables and charcoal grills too. NOTE - it is RARE we are ever allowed to use the pools though! Currently can't AGAIN.
