I currently live here. I moved in at the end of June. I will start off by saying Katie in the office is very nice and Chris the maintenance guy is as well. My concern though is the fact that I have had my hot water heater go out 4 times in 2 months. 3 of those times were within a 2 week span. My dishwasher has gone out as well. The other maintenance guy (not Chris) told me that they ordered me a new dishwasher. We will see though. I haven't heard from the leasing office about anything. If I have to wait more than a couple weeks on a new dishwasher I honestly feel as though I should get a discount for it. Rent is expensive and I pay for dishwasher amenities that I now cannot use. They really should keep backups of every appliance. I'm still waiting on a new seal for my fridge as well. One thing that really upset me was the other maintenance guy (not Chris idk his name) came into my apartment and broke my screen door while lighting my hot water heater. I called an he said he didn't have the tools to fix it right then and there. Once he came back and fixed though he didn't even bring any tools !! This really upset me. He broke it and should've fixed it right then and there. I went a little over a week without being able to open my balcony door cuz he said he needed tools to fix what he broke. All he did was pop it off the track and put it back on. The apartments are nice I will say that but with everything breaking and needing to be fixed and me having to wait cuz they have no backups is frustrating.

I lived at YP for 2 years and the staff is absolutely incredible. Friendly, professional, responsive, helpful. Katie, Anna and Chris were "next level" fantastic in their customer service to me and went over and above to help me. The trees are beautiful at the complex as well as well kept buildings and I appreciated the affordability of this location in Howell. I would highly recommend this location for a quiet friendly living experience. Thank you. Patrice G.

Our experience has been wonderful! We just renewed for another year too. The front office people are incredibly helpful and friendly. The grounds are very well maintained. The hallways, laundry room, etc. are kept clean and vacuumed at least once a week. Maintenance has a fast response time and super friendly. I cannot say enough about an apartment complex and I have lived in quite a few last the couple of years. Highly recommend Yorkshire Apartments.

Great customer service. Katie was so helpful and accommodating. I made an appt at the last minute and she made time for me even though I got there during the lunch hour. She answered each of my million questions concisely and with such a pleasant demeanor. I couldn't be more pleased with the service!

No. It's a flat rate.
The schools are across highlander way but the Elementary school is actually Challenger, and then there is the middle school, junior high, and high school. There is another elementary just east down m59 but I forgot its name
