Let me start of by saying I have nice neighbors. NOW BEWARE. READ THE LEASE. After waiting 5 months on the list, moved into my 2 bedroom Townhouses a few months back. The appliances are in good condition and I had new carpet throughout. Light fixtures are updated, but water fixtures are dated. SO.. Why the 2 of 5. I signed a 12 months lease. I missed a very small selection of the lease that "allows the owners to start changing from water and sewage". So out of pocket funds just increases by $41.00 per month. Equal to $492.00 annual. So keep this in mind if looking to move.

I lived in Countryside townhouses for three years over ten years ago. I loved it. My job is relocating me from DC to MI so I was considering moving back here. After reading the reviews I think it’s best I look elsewhere. Multiple people are complaining about management “Kim” especially, mold, and maintenance. Gosh if multiple residents are complaining I think it’s time for a change. Also it looks like there have been no upgrades to these apartments or the complex amenities…
