The Servpro team was absolutely fantastic. We were devastated to see the extent of the damage that had occurred, but the Servpro team were extremely professional, calm and detailed with their services. I asked them to be careful about my grandmother's furniture...maybe a small thing, but important to me. They were kind and extremely attentive to our concerns. We are renters and thus the Servpro team had to manage the concerns of our landlords and us as renters. It was a full house and they were incredibly professional managing all of our questions. Setting up appointments was easy and they always came when they said they would. Kyle and Frank were leads on our team and I can only say wonderful things about them both! Thank you Servpro!!

Had a issue with some plumbing and Alex and James came out to clean up the area in our basement that got damaged. Super knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning up the area and helped figured out what the true issue was.

I had a fire in my apartment about 1.5 months ago that left my kitchen ruined and smoke-damaged everything else in the apartment. This happened over a weekend, so the earliest I could get a hold of my insurance was Monday, when I was recommended Servpro Farmington Hills. At the time, the earliest that I could be scheduled for a review of the damage was Friday. During the week, I had to deal with an extremely uncooperative property manager that basically told me that I had to move to a new unit the following Monday, and that all my items would need to be removed by Friday. And that I would not have access to the apartment or my items beyond that day. Servpro had initially mentioned that it takes roughly about two days to review, pack and extract items from a 1BR, depending upon the quantity. My property manager would not budge. When I explained my situation to Brianna at Servpro, that I basically had only one day available for the work, she was able to understand the problem, move things around, and set up a team to come over on Thursday to review my items. I could not be happier. The team (Jeanie, Colt and others) arrived on Thursday and was immediately able to begin the work of gathering inventory, packing and moving the items. This was the first time in my life that I had faced a disaster of this magnitude, and was pretty devastated during the week. Jeanie’s confidence and assurance is what put me at ease. The work required the team to come over the next day as well, and was done by noon- allowing me to hand over my keys and move out on time. While most of my items were extensively smoke damaged, Jeanie’s team tried hard to recover some of my clothing. I was kept updated on the timing the following weeks and Servpro was always available when I called. When some of my clothes came back, I was very impressed that they did not have the smoke smell on them anymore. A few clothes required special treatment, and Servpro coordinated that with another service provider. While I hope no one has to face a disaster such as a fire, I can confidently recommend Jeanie, Brianna and team to take care of your belongings and am completely wholeheartedly thankful that I was put in touch with them.

There was a flood in the storage room area of my basement last year (2021); Causing a few of my linen bar covers to be ruined in the process. I was devastated when I’d learned two of them had water damage. I am a small business owner and had an event coming up. I really needed my linen to be clean and ready for use for my clients. I took my linen covers to Servpro and they were awesome! They weren’t able to remove the stains on the inside. However they did remove the mold stains on the outside of the fabric in rapid time for the event. They had them clean and ready for pickup in just two hours! I was truly impressed and so thankful that I found them when I did! Thank you Servpro & team, you guys were truly amazing!!!
