Karen Hemenway is THE ONE you want to see. This awesome individual knows her stuff and gets things done. My order was extensive, a few special things I knew I had to wait on, but Karen kept me informed, almost daily, by phone or by email. I had answers within minutes/hours (not days). As soon as items arrived, I had an email letting me know. Karen spent hours with me, listened to what I liked, found things for my renovation that fit my aesthetic perfectly and even took care of a slight stain problem on a Bertch vanity drawer (that was a manufacturer's issue, not Whittock's) within DAYS. This is what excellent customer service looks like. We need more Karen Hemenway's ! Thanks for a great expernence on my renovation. I'll be back for the next one. Katherine

I purchased a bathroom vanity from wittock. I unfortunately did not have the best experience. I thought I was purchasing a custom vanity, but honestly I could have saved thousands piecing them together myself. But it does look good. Then I ordered a quartz countertop for it. It comes with 2 sinks that are set. My first issue with that is they didn’t center the sinks. There is a big gap on the right side and water would easily leak. Wittock won’t tell you their distributors, so if you have a issue, you have to rely on wittock to sort it on their time. Not convenient when your mid construction and you have no answers for your contractors. For my next huge remodel project I will be using a true custom wood works man for the vanity. And then using my own personal quartz company. It would have been 1/2 the price with better customer service, and problem solving if something arises! So to end my review, I spent about $7,000 for a vanity and they couldn’t even set a sink correctly 😩
