I purchased a Cadillac SRX from this dealership and within 24 hours, I had a major transmission leak, i had to return the vehicle three times for the problem to be resolved. I have had the vehicle for two months and have yet to receive my license plates, I have been asking about them and they keep giving me the runaround so I finally contacted the dmv myself to get some information about the registration and I was informed that the dealership hasn’t even submitted the paperwork to transfer the title to my name, this has been going on for two months. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor will I refer anyone to purchase a car from them.

Terrible company they lie on paper work and about cars, just to get your down payment, I was sold a lemon car, I only had my car for a year and a half now it needs a new engine, even Kia corporate said they sent recall letters to them and this was way before I purchased the car! I’m definitely contacting a lawyer.

Do not trust this business. They are scandalous and will be hearing from my attorney. The worst people ever they are crooks who take advantage. And lie and steal your down payment.
