Had a great experience from contact over phone which led to my in person experience. Me. Ronnie is a STAND UP salesman hands down! They do not try to hassle you, throw you in anything nor make you buy something you can’t afford. Matter of fact he only shows you what’s in your means. I had few issues but they have already stated to fix on the vehicle (nothing major like engine or anything a simple light and button) before I could point it out he pointed it out for me and made sure it got done. As a new resident to Missouri this has by far been the best decision of grabbing a vehicle from CarMart out of all choices of lots! Ms sandy was very thorough on explaining the warranty, service agreement and overall sale! Thank you again!

My wife was buying a car from here and I'm talking about crooks , harassment calls 3 TIMES a day and to be honest there tracking software caused electrical problems a entire year and also lied about the year and model of the vehicle and let's not forget the changing of the contract agreement every few months.....WARNING WARNING IF YOU HAVE NO CHOICE , PRAY ABOUT IT .... THESE FOLKS WILL CALL You 3 TIMES A DAY AND THREATEN YOU TO POINT OF MENTAL Illness OR A BATTERY CHARGE. I HONESTLY CANT UNDERSTAND A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS ACTING IN THIS MANNER DURING A ROUGH TIME FOR TONS OF AMERICANS. We're taking legal action !!!!
