Dr. Serpa is the only doctor that I have been to for pain managment, I have seen many, for chronic pain that has been effective. He listens carefully to me and has made my quality of life much better than before I was not able to walk across the street before seeing him and now I can walk over 6000 steps a day . all i could say if you have the time to spent all day , you might as well take a lunch bag, and t.v , water, snacks, cause there's no way your leaving anytime soon, one day you go and its by appointment , another day you go and it first come first serve, doctor is only there one day in the office so they over book from 30 patients to 40 patients, the reception area they act like if your not present, just a warning be really to spent the day there, also the nurse gave the shot, and didn't even put a bandaid on the injection site, and don't complaint cause they will call your name and stick you in a room, and take all the other patient in the recep, area and make you wait two more hours

This office is hard to reach. The line stays forwarded to an answering service and then the call drops. Tried for two days.
