I am making a revision after taking off fake nails. My natural nails are even more damaged then what I have started with. You can see that technician shaved them off tremendously. There is a visible dip, and some of them are so thin that are completely falling apart. THAT IS PAINFUL!! Technician was working with a drill for fake nails on my natural nails. BIG NO NO!! If you want to damage your nails beyond recognition and wait 6 months in pain to rebuild, it's the salon to go to! It should be no stars for that kind of service. But I am letting you know to stay away from this place! I am very picky and particular, especially when it comes to my nails. Usually I do them myself because of that reason. But I decided to treat myself after chemotherapy. My nails were separating from the nail beds during treatment and I was left with ridges after each treatment which when nails started to regrow created painful snags. I was very sceptical when the technician started to work on my nails, but in the end I am very pleased with the results. I do recommend this place. It's clean, updated inside. My technician was very nice and skilled. I was at some other places before and this is the best one so far.

Such a bad nail place, I had previously asked if they had the nail polish shown in the image I gave them or something similar. They said yeah don’t worry, we had finished the acrylic process and they go ahead pull out some other colors and I point it out to them. I politely asked for a different color and they reassured me it would set in the color I had asked. I went along with it and it came out so hideous. I asked if they can scrape this color off and I would pay extra if necessary, they denied and had left their station for a couple of minutes to go gossip with their co workers to come back and not even finish the job. I left with an unsatisfactory nails and disappointment, I asked to speak with the lady who runs the place (who was in her office) but she denied, leaving me no choice but to leave and pay.
