This place is the best place to stay for the winter! They have everything you need and more! Pool, spa, free coffee, breakfast for cheap, bingo, quilting, and so much more!! The staff is great and very friendly. Great customer service! Best people you could ever ask for. If you're wanting to stay here for the winter make sure you get your reservations in because they fill up extremely fast! The people that live here and we've met so far are very friendly, happy folks. You won't be disappointed or bored here that's for sure. So much to do!!

Best place in Quartzite Arizona so far, the staff is very friendly, service is phenomenal, they have a pool, library, love music, bingo, pickleball, and lots to do here. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you everyone for being so thoughtful and friendly. We will be back

Good morning Laura. Our storage space is very limited. We do charge for those spaces however your site is 30 X 50' so you do have ample room to disconnect and Park it next to your rig.

Yes there is cable TV, however the reception sucks. Wavey lines, picture not clear, etc.
