I have lived at the Veridian for about a year and a half. There have definitely been some challenges when it comes to maintaining the outside of the property. However the staff has been incredible, stepping up to every challenge. They have been responsive and helpful, throughout my stay. Thank you guys so much! Also the apartments are spacious and look great. Definitely worth checking out, it is in a great location for the supermarket, restaurants and access to downtown Portsmouth.

Modern apartments in an excellent location with great onsite management and maintenance. There is a decent fitness center and shared lounge area. This is one of the few dog-friendly buildings in the area and there is a dog run at the back. We lived here for a year and enjoyed the space - it was a great base for when we first arrived in NH.
