Such a nice hotel...incredibly clean, modern, comfortable, with excellent customer service. Location is great too...short walk to everything downtown Portsmouth has to offer. I would definitely return.

A modern design hotel. Most of the AC hotel is about the same. Average hotel. Valet parking fee is $40, but there is street parking right in front of hotel if you could find one no limited maximum park hours. parked there for 2 hours is $3.35.

Checked in 14th July - nice new hotel BUT overpriced room rate for Fri/Sat when the room was never cleaned or the beds made during our stay - upon request (more than once) some towels and coffee were dumped in the room. Also, the parking is overpriced at $40/day as well as the breakfasts - the chef was absent at opening times. All in all, it seemed like revenue streams were more important than customer appreciation. You won't be spoiled.

The incredible suite my wife and I stayed in was only surpassed by the kindness and sincerity of the staff. As a frequent hotel flyer, I can often find the glaring holes in service and overall comfort, but this establishment truly hit a home-run. From the unique rooftop restaurant experience, to the hospitality of General Manager - Chris Moulton, this hotel has certainly earned my approval, repeat business and 5-star recommendation.
