Stood there for a while before being helped. Then started ordering and they were out of so many things. After finally finding what they did have we put in our order but it was taking forever, one guy was prepping the orders while the other was talking to his buddy from Farmer Boys that was here on his break. Not coming back here again any time soon.

Bad customer service, we ordered online to pick up when we arrived and the manager tells us they didn’t have any ribs or chicken and would I like a refund it’s a Sunday at 4pm why is this not available 1st but 2nd I could have saved my gas from driving all the way there and gas is not cheap and 3rd biggest problem is I didn’t get a refund immediately so I couldn’t go buy more food Just made me and my family Sunday horrible with not remorse

The food here is always delicious, when they're open. Recently, "We're closed due to high temperature" and then today, "We're not serving brisket". When I asked why, they said they have a large catering order for all the brisket they have. I don't understand why they can't cook extra to make up for the catering order. I wish I lived closer to any other location, because this one seems to always have some kind of problem.
