Great and not great, depends on who’s tuning and working that day you’ll get good service, one kid was pretty nice about going and getting rollerblades to try on, price was a little high for the brand but we ended up going to pure hockey for Bauer inlines. Prices for bike and bike parts and tuning are through the roof if you don’t get the guy that does it for less. I think his name is Larry or something. Easy to find stuff if you know how to find it. Small store and everything in terms of rollerblades and other items that have different sizes to them are upstairs and gotta ask for them. Not hard though, many will say poor service, but I don’t think it’s horrible. High school kids are usually not nice and bad at helping. They just sit and talk on the phone or to other friends at the shop at the time. If other they just play Pokémon go. Hours are a little off on Google as well. Bottom line, if you know what you’re looking for, it’s pretty easy just walk in grab it or ask where it is, pay and leave.

Great bike store tucked away in Wilmette. So friendly, helpful and professional. I took my bike in at 9:00am and it was ready by 10:30! That is amazing and I don’t know of another bike store that can do this!

I highly recommend this shop--there's a reason it's still around. The technician dropped everything to help me with my brake rotor. If you had a negative experience I encourage you to try again.
