Update - 9/12/22: I went back to Pandora again. What a difference a few months made. The service was INCREDIBLE! There were plenty of people with smiling faces working in the store. No wait! I was looking for a particular charm… and everyone working there was helping look for it. Outstanding customer service! A 100% improvement over the last time. I really enjoyed shopping at Pandora Jewelry this time. Great job! ————————————————————————— Original Review: This store needs more help. I went there at 11:00 AM on a weekday and had to wait 45 minutes. They are super helpful and friendly, but I felt sorry for them having to work so hard because they are short staffed.

I had an impression that being located at the outlet mall, I would get better deal. Drove all the way there and made a purchase even though they did not have a good collection of the charms. Later found out that the price what we paid is similar to the online price or any other shop in the city. I don't think people really need to drive all the way there to make a purchase. Staffs also does not look that welcoming.
