Now you have to text the office to make an appointment, which has taken over 30 hours so far and still no appointment made. This is an agonizingly slow and frustrating process - why can't we talk to someone and get this done in a few minutes? It's absurd.

I would recommend Dr. Verner if you are coming here for eye surgery. I had ICL surgery done on both of my eyes and everything went smoothly. It was a bit of a drive for me to get to this location but I did not feel confident in anyone that was closer to where I live.

This requires the patient to request and sign a Medical Records Request form either at your previous doctor's office (primary care, medical specialist, eye doctor, endocrinologist, rheumatologist) which gives that office permission to send your medical records to a new medical clinic. If you are being directly referred to another medical office for specialized care, your pertinent medical records will automatically be sent to the new medical office.
There are several factors that determines this cost for a routine well eye exam: Our office takes two specific vision insurance providers, VSP (Vision Service Plan) and EyeMed. Your copay at time of service will be set according to your policy. These insurance policies can either be individually purchased by a patient, or may be provided as part of a group health insurance plan. Otherwise, the cost for a self pay new patient is $170 and for an existing patient it is $150. Be sure to have any insurance policy information when you call us to make an appointment and we will then be able to let you know your cost accordingly.
