Stores like this are why we live in a city: even in the age of next day delivery, the Faucet Shoppe probably has what you need today. And they know their stuff. I've been going for years, they make me look good when I can source a part same day and make someone's sink work again. The place is well run and well organized. My last visit I was hunting for a super obscure metric part, it was a longshot. But I was in a big pinch, so they spent a huge amount of time searching all over for me. They didn't have it, bummer but not a surprise, and they tried so hard I was really impressed. They also had a Chicago brand faucet I've been wanting for a few years for a solid $100 less than the cheapest you'll find it online, so I bought that instead, I'll make sure to check there next time I need a whole faucet too.

Be very careful when you buy anything here . I have never dealt with people that were so rude . I purchased a cartridge for my kitchen faucet and brought the part to make sure I got the right one . The salesperson “gave me what he thought was the same one. It looked very similar but when the plumber installed it . He started to have issues snd tried many things before realizing it was the cartridge. I went to the store to return it . One said I never brought the cartridge and and the other person said , You brought only one part . Clearly different stories . when I looked shocked at their response , one of them said that if I wanted a credit I needed to bring the plastic clear bag where it came .Looking for excuses to not give me a credit. Also this interaction was very difficult because They would not let me speak by talking over me .the whole time . Horrible experience!!!

After spending hours on the phone trying to locate a part; a gentleman from another company pointed me towards The Faucet Shoppe. His exact words were; "ask for Adam... he's a freak of nature when it comes to knowing plumbing parts. The part is unique but, I guarantee he'll be able to help". And, boy did Adam help. My ride in from the south suburbs started at 38 minutes and ended up being a hour and a half. He was kind enough to wait & I'm eternally grateful!!! Thanks again, Adam 🤗

The Faucet Shoppe does not supply duct and venting material.
The faucet shop has a huge inventory of faucet parts . price reflects the quality of their parts. It's not home depot. But 99% of the time they have what you need.
Yes we repair vintage and older faucets. Depending on the model and problem we can help diagnose the issue and offer some help or do the repair for you. There are some case were we will not repair newer and or low end faucets. We try our hardest to save old plumbing systems and faucets. Most of the time it is better to repair than replace. Feel free to email us a photograph of what you are trying to fix and we can better assist you. Hope this answer helps?
