Indoor eating or outdoor, as of April 1st? Do we need a reservation for a family of 9 persons?

They have indoor dining now. I was there 3 days ago. The staff was very good about wearing their masks (properly) the whole time that we were there. I would make a reservation, as restaurants are not filling to capacity for health safety reasons. They have been allowed 25% indoor capacity since March 17.
