1. Bread was cold and came after dinner. 2. Waited 40 min despite having a reservation. 3. No olive oil. 4. Poor beer selection. 5. The food was good but now wow. 6. Server was great, that is why 2 stars instead of 1.

We had a reservation at 7:00, but the restaurant made a mistake and a huge crowd of people showed up with the same reservation time. They couldn’t seat us and we ended up leaving (but not before someone vomited all over my wife in the lobby).

In for a business meeting dinner. Excellent Italian cuisine in a relaxed environment. Our server was helpful in explain the menu and giving us recommendations. Portions were huge with every meal so always something to take home. Cost was surprisingly modest. Will return when back in Chicago.

Hello Brian our menu has menu GF items available and most items can be made gluten free. Brick chicken is one of our most popular dishes along with our GF pasta available with most of our sauces. I love the bolognese with the GF pasta personally. All of our fresh fish are also delicious and GF. Please let me know if I can make you a reservation soon. Best, Yvonne

I would say yes. It is not too on the expensive side, so it is ok for a normal dinner, but the place is nicely put together and has a special occasion feel to it as well.
