Associate Florencia is very rude no customer service skills at all, just said next after that she didn’t speak, not a single word. She looks mad while doing her job maybe re train her again in providing customer service LOL. I will not be coming back to this location she made me feel very uncomfortable awkward silence, she also was following a family around I could hear her asking other associates to follow and check on them very unprofessional.
