Could not be happier with my purchases! Sarah was an amazing employee who really listened to my concerns about my feet & other body pains. She was patient, kind, and understanding. With the special inserts she had me try put into the shoes she recommended, I cannot stress enough how much of a difference it has made to my life and overall well-being! I have much better posture, FAR LESS pain in my foot/feet, hips, and overall body. I can FINALLY dance again with no pain!! I cannot wait to go walking around/hiking in Galena later this month with these new shoes on! I went here based on some other reviews and knew this was the best place to try to get shoes which would do everything I needed from them (wide-width, pain relief, and comfort). I cannot thank Sarah and Heisler’s Bootery enough for literally changing my life for the better!
