Very dirty, $, no customer service. The Ross on Brodie Lane was a MESS. Sizes were all over the place (6 was with 8, 9 and 11and so on). 20+ people in line and only one cashier, who was also doing returns/exchanges. I think this Ross has ruined shopping at Ross for me. We will NOT be back and we do not recommend. Hard to shop when sizes are mixed matched.
