I can’t say much about the customer service but I can say I walked out happy with what I bought. I’m super short so I struggle with clothes fitting just right and I finally found a pair of boyfriend jeans that I absolutely adore! I feel like the selection of clothes could’ve been better! Not giving up though. I’d def come back & see what else they have to offer once summer clothes kind of roll out
