I went to purchase Carry on luggage and they had a good selection of travel luggage at a reasonable price. I was able to buy what I was looking for. But the place was a bit messy and "stuffy". I believe we customers are mostly responsible for the 'messy"part. They have two levels. The men's section is upstairs. The lady at the cash register was very nice.

Store can get pretty crowded. Aisles are narrow. And customers tend to not socially distance when waiting in line. To be fair though - it's the customers that ignore the traffic flow signs and what security says.
I believe they are renovating the bathrooms to make them more nice and comfortable for customers. The ladies one is almost complete and available for customers already. However you do ask fitting room to buzz you into the bathroom because otherwise people steal merchandise in there nonstop. That's been a program for a long time now.
