You get much better customer service from Amazon buying a $10 charger than paying thousands of dollars for an item at a Chanel Boutique. Definitely horrible customer service and experience! The problem is not when you make the purchase, it's the customer experience and service after the purchase.

If I could give zero for the service and treatment I received from a Sales Associate from this location I would. I did a remote purchase with Viviana, a Sales associate at Chanel Chicago boutique. After receiving the bag I purchased And finding out it didnt have the structure I was hoping for it to have I decided to return it. Ive reached out to Viviana via text and calls many times asking for a return label so I could send the bag back and received zero response. She ghosted me probably because I was returning a purchase. I was gonna return it at my local Chanel boutique but Viviana did not chech that the tag attached on the bag had a different code that the bag! So my boutique could not process the return there. Glad that my local SA and the assistant store manager was a blessing and felt bad with what I was going through with Viviana they provided me with a shipping and a shipping box so I no longer have to contact the person I purchased the from. What a horrible client treatment and service. If you are purchasing remotely from her, be advised that shes only responsive when purchasing but if you decide to return, say goodbye to your thousand dollars because youd be left with no option but keep the bag or pay for the shipping yourself which is very ridiculous! Chanel corporate needs to educate employees like this. Will never purchase from her again.

I arrived 5.35 , they closing at 6pm. The guard was so rude, didn’t let me in , they didn’t have many customers in or out . I wasn’t even inside shop and impression of guard wasn’t pleasant. I’m not interested any more to visit that shop any more .I am very disappointed .
